What to include in your message

• What you were trying to do
• What actually happened
• Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings › General › About)
• The Lazee version (Settings tab in the app, near the bottom)
• Screenshots are great if the issue is visual

Response time

Most replies come within 1–3 days. Bug reports are prioritized. Feature requests are read but not always acted on immediately. Lazee aims to stay simple, so not every idea makes the cut.
