Lazee Privacy Policy

Effective date: May 30, 2026

Lazee is a workout tracking app for iPhone. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. The short version: your workout data lives on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, see, or sell it.

1. Data We Collect

Lazee does not have a server, account system, or analytics. We do not collect personal information about you. We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

2. Data Stored On Your Device and in Your iCloud

The app stores the following on your device, and (if you have iCloud enabled for Lazee in iOS Settings) syncs it through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit private database:

• Workout day templates you create (names, exercises, target sets and reps).
• Workout sessions you log (date, duration, the sets, reps, and weights you recorded).
• App preferences (units, default rest time, theme, reminder settings).

This data is stored in your private iCloud container. It is accessible only to you, on your devices signed in to the same Apple ID. The developer of Lazee has no access to it.

3. In-App Purchases

Lazee offers optional in-app purchases (tips). Apple processes all payments; Lazee does not receive payment information.

4. Apple Health

If you grant permission, Lazee writes finished workouts to Apple Health as Traditional Strength Training entries so they appear in the Fitness app. Lazee only writes to Apple Health — it does not read any data from Apple Health. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Lazee.

5. Notifications

If you enable rest timers or water reminders, Lazee schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are generated on-device and are not sent through any server. You can disable them at any time in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings › Notifications › Lazee.

6. Sharing Workout Templates

Lazee lets you share a workout day template with another Lazee user via a lazee:// link. The link contains only the template you chose to share (its name and exercise list) — never your logged workout history. The link is generated on your device and is shared through whatever channel you pick (Messages, AirDrop, etc.). Lazee does not see or store these links.

7. Third Parties

Lazee does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. The only external service the app uses is Apple's iCloud (CloudKit), governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

8. Children

Lazee is not directed at children under 4 and does not knowingly collect any information from them. Because Lazee does not collect personal information from any user, this policy applies equally regardless of age.

9. Your Choices

• You can delete any workout day, session, or set from inside the app at any time.
• You can export all your data as JSON from Settings › Export Data.
• You can delete every Lazee record from your device and iCloud by uninstalling the app and then signing into iCloud.com › Settings to remove the app's iCloud data.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
